Ingenuity Pathway Analysis

NOTE: Our license for PathArt has expired and has not been renewed. This is because UNC has licensed a similar tool called Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (www.ingenuity.com).

If you would like to access the UNC IPA account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://analysis.ingenuity.com/pa/account/signup.html
  2. Fill out all the required information.
  3. For the License Key field please contact michael_topal at med dot unc dot edu to obtain the License Key for IPA.

This will get you access to IPA. However the interface is quite different. Ingenuity offers online tutorials

One important thing to note about IPA is that only two users from UNC at a time can access the software (we currently only have two network licenses). So if you find that you cannot access IPA, this is the likely reason and you will have to try some other time. There is no signup or reservation system.
