Partek Genomics Suite (GS) 6.3 (St. Louis, Missouri), a comprehensive suite of statistics and interactive data visualization, can be applied for Affymetirx data analyses including gene expression, chromosome copy number, exon expression, SNP and regulation data. Partek GS can also analyze Agilent and other types of expression array data.

Due to the limitation of the number of license available Partek GS is provided at the moment only to the exon array users on campus.

Before you can download and install the software, you need to complete the registration form for Bioinformatics software. (Please read the following instructions as a login prompt will likely result by selecting this registration form)

You will need to use your valid ONYEN and password if prompted for a login. After the form is completed and received by the support person(s) in this center, you will be given the instruction to proceed with the installation of Partek.

Please note that Partek works on Windows OS only and there is no Mac version available at the moment.
