Exporting Oligos to Excel from Vector NTI

Move to your Oligo database window.

From the dropdown menu select View > Options.. to open the next window.

From the Available Fields window select Oligo Sequence and move to the Displayed Fields window with the >> Tab (see below). Make any other alterations to the Displayed Fields window you want exported with your Oligo sequence and click OK.

The changes will now be reflected in your main Oligo database window.
Click once anywhere within the main window and Select the Camera button and Copy to Clipboard.

Open a new Excel spreadsheet, and select Paste. The content from your main Oligo database window will appear in individual columns in the spreadsheet with appropriate headings.

This technique can be used to capture the content of any main database window within your Explorer database and also works with Macintosh.
